Registration fees - Until June 1st,2009

Category A - Normal participants - € 400 / € 450
Category B - Nurses and students - €200 / €250
Category E - 1-day fee for Cat. A and B - € 150
Cancellation of registration and refund is possible
until July 1st. An administration fee of EUR 20,- will be
charged.
We thank you for your kind understanding, but cancellations
after July 1st can not be refunded.
To encourage young people to attend the biennial meeting,
the Program committee of the NAMA2009 agreed to sponsor the
participation of medical students as above.
A statement from the student's supervisor confirming that
the student is registered as a university student in
a relevant field and is currently working towards a
scientific degree.
